Chapter 3

Daniel POV

I am up before sun rise, i need to run especially with what today will bring, my pack is the biggest in world but we need to come together with other packs if we hope to survive the war with the Academy they won’t see it coming they depend on the packs being separated and at war with each other, a grin appears on my face as i think of their reaction, my beta Ryan appears couldn’t sleep uh, todays a big day if everything goes as planned, it could be a great future for all of us he says, yeah a big day indeed let’s hope we can put all our differences aside for the greater good, i say. the caters will be coming in around ten, we put up extra guards to monitor their movements considering they not our own, Ryan says, good, we couldn’t have our own do this it’s too many people and not enough hands i replied.

 we both shift and take off running i am a little bigger and faster than Ryan because i am Alpha but Ryan always keeps up, my fur i black with a bit of silver and my eyes are a green grey color, a rear color so i have been told but i don’t understand what makes it so rear Ryan is a dark brown and he has blue eyes, we make our way towards the board to follow up the guards there but a strange smell fills the air, i look to Ryan but he doesn’t seem to smell it, i try to follow the smell that leads me to a van at the border, it the catering van maybe whatever they bringing has the smell i turn to leave but strange feeling runs through me. Before i can think much of it Ryan links me saying we need to get back there some businesses that need to be taken care of before the party.

As we make our way back, my heart rate automatically picks up, i try to connect with my wolf Damien but his been ignoring me for the past few days, his not happy with making nice with other Alphas, we shift back, hay you ok man you seem a little lost Ryan asks, I’m good i replied. Ryan knows not to ask too many questions. I head up to the eighth floor, this is where my room is, i have the whole floor to myself with a kitchen and living area that is separate from everyone else and very limited amount of people have access to this floor, i like my privacy.

Once i have showerd and dressed i headed to the garage where Ryan and i said wed meet up, we had a meeting before the party with my gamma and some of the elders to discuss the plan for the evening.

Ryan and i took one of the rangers to the office, it was a small cabin like building where we held our most private meeting especially when we did not want sensitive information reaching the wrong ears, the mansion which housed at least half the pack had an office and a conference room but no area that was sound proof that information that could be heard espisaclly with our super hearing

We would have had the meeting there but the place is a little crowded with the party preparations, and too many strangers around, i trust my pack members with my life, so i know any information that they may come across will never leave their mouths.

We arrive at the cabin and i am meeting by my gamma Jason, he informs me that the elders are already inside, we all three make our way, there we join the pervious beta Jackson, the gamma Layla, and the head warrior Aden.

Good morning everyone, as you all know that the party will commence within the next few hours, our job for now is to make sure that everyone gets along and is having a good time at least until the meeting, we'll have the meeting in the grand room as it will be big enough to accommodate all the alphas and betas without all of us being in each other face, Jason, you and the other warriors will have to monitor the party to make sure no fights break out and that everyone plays nice, its only for a few hours, Ryan once in the meeting we start it up by going straight into the plan and why we need each other even if it’s just for now. It’s time we take down the Academy and destroy them forever i say.

Everyone agrees at once, it’s about time those fuckers get a taste of their own medicine Jackson states, i grant in response that not all they deserve for what they have done, and i will take them down if it is the last thing i do, we adjourned the meeting and wish each luck.
