62; “Another Day” Aurora Black Aurora Black I truly had a very peaceful sleep that night, much better than I had anticipated. And true to Aiden’s words, he left by dawn before any one could be awake and notice him being around. I did not know he was awake and was about to leave, until I felt his lips being pressed against my forehead, his kiss lingering. I shifted in bed, under the duvet which he had tucked me safely like a baby, then flicked my eyes open, only to be met with the sight of him seated by the edge of the bed, staring down at me with a soft smile playing on his lips. My heart warmed, and I found myself reaching my hand out to him. He met my hand midway, taking a hold of it and giving it a small squeeze. “Good morning,” I whispered, still very much heavily sleep induced.
