63; “THE GRAND HUNT”

After Aiden’s short speech, he gave a small nod as a silent gesture that the event had started, and we have been given the go ahead to start getting ready. The palace staff began to organize us all in pairs, apparently as they were instructed to, so it would be a bit easier for us to fend off rather than being alone out in the woods. Luckily for me, I was paired with Roslyn, whose presence gave me much needed calm that I did not know I was in need of until then.
And once the pairing was done, and once the Alphas, Royals, higher ups, Lunas and we the ladies were all ready, the hunt then began officially, and we all surged into the forest together to begin the great hunt—which started off with the loud drums being beat.
