I could see the look of surprise that took over his expression which was quickly washed away by the look of absolute horror that took over it, no doubt knowing the mistake he made now. He actually raised his hand and assaulted the Prince's woman, surely he knows he will not see the light of the day ever again. It does not matter if she is just a woman part of the selection for now, all the ladies in the selection are not to be touched, because they are said to belong to the Prince so long as they are in the palace.
But honestly, i could not care less about any of that, or any of them in that sense.
