Third POV:
The ride to the hotel where the event taking place is silent and no one minded to start a conversation with each other. Ava is sitting too close to the window like she can't get enough space between her and Vincenzo.
Ava is seething so much inside as she doesn't even want to breathe the same air as him but this is the last time where she is giving him the lead and after this she will not allow him to disrespect her.
She was vulnerable when he threatened her, it's new for her to see his cruel side and she was taken aback at that time and she didn't know how to stand up to him then but now she is prepared.
