Author's POV…

"I hate you!" Paulene screamed loudly and brought out the bloody knife from Jolene's shoulder.

Jolene kept looking at her sister in shock, the least she ever expected from Paulene just happened.

She kept staring at her sister in disbelief as blood gushed out from her stomach and shoulder, her blood wet Paulene badly.

"You.. stabbed..me?" Jolene stuttered as tears formed in her eyes.

This is a true and real confirmation that her sister hates her existence, now she believes that if her sister has an opportunity to kill her, she would do that without hesitation.

Paulene raised the knife again and tried to stab her in the neck but Harrison showed up immediately and kicked the knife from her hands.

"Paulene!!!" Both father and mother screamed in shock.

Harrison helped Jolene up and placed her arms on his shoulder.

"You're bleeding so much Jolene, are you okay?" He asked worriedly and Jolene smiled painfully.

She wasn't feeling pain from the stab wound but from her chest, Paulene had broken her heart.

"I am okay," Jolene managed to reply, she was still staring at her sister in disbelief.

Paulene stood up with difficulty and wiped the blood on her lips, she then smiled darkly.

"Are you okay, Jolene?" Their mother rushed to her with a worried look.

"Yes mother, I will be fine." She managed to say.

"How dare you Paulene?" Their father yelled, slapping Paulene all of a sudden, the latter fell with a loud thud.

"Take her to the pack's clinic and make sure she is okay," Their father ordered and Harrison obeyed immediately.

He took Jolene to the pack's clinic while their mother followed them closely.

Paulene stood up again and smirked,

"What did I do wrong father? Jolene is lie a stumbling block in my life, I just need to get rid of her." Paulene yelled and her father slapped her again.

*You can keep on slapping me since that's what you know how to do best. I wish I wasn't born into this kingdom, you and mum should have taken my life since birth if this was how you both were going to treat me. You made me like this and I am not regretting,"

He kept staring at her angrily wondering what he has done to the moon goddess to have birthed an heartless child.

"You've grown worse Paulene, you calling your sister a stumbling block? You f*****g stabbed your sister without any feeling of remorse! What's wrong with you?" He yelled as his voice shook around the environment.

"Nothing is wrong with me father, and point of correction, Jolene is not my sis and would never be! How can I address someone who literally stole everything from me as my sister? The Lycan king's position belongs to me but you gave it to that greedy thing, I guess that's the reason why you sent me to grandma, you never for once accepted or saw me as your daughter. Normal kids are expected to grow in their parent's love and care but yours is different, you never cared about how I fared with grandma. You didn't even care to know if everything was alright with me, you just abandoned me with grandma. I f*****g hate you all!" Paulene yelled as tears rolled down her cheeks.

"This is getting out of hand, guards! take her out of my presence and lock her up in the cell. Don't you dare release her until I ask you to do so, she needs to get back to her god-damned senses!"

Her father ordered and immediately, four guards seized Paulene by her hands and led her to the pack cell.

"You can't do this to me father! How can you lock me up when I am not a criminal? Father! This is not right,I am still your daughter! I won't forgive you all for doing this, I won't!" She kept screaming like a psycho while struggling with the guards.

Her father took a deep breath and faced his pack, they all had dumb-founded looks on their faces.

"You all have nothing to worry about, I will handle Paulene myself and as for our Alpha, she will be fine. This gathering is dismissed,"

Paulene won't stop screaming and struggling as she is led to the pack's cell.

They finally pushed her into an empty cell and locked her up immediately.

She began shaking the iron bars violently while screaming.

"You're all dead once I get out of here, it's a promise!" She yelled and kicked the iron bars angrily.

She sat at a corner and breathed heavily, her head was in a mess.

She wishes she could just lay her hands on Jolene and hurt her the more, she is in a cell all because of Jolene.

"I would never forgive you for what you put me through, Jolene" she swore and balled her fist.

The fact she lost the challenge to Jolene gets her more infuriated, she must have grown so stronger.

"Damn you Jolene! Damn you!" She screamed and kicked the air.

Now she gets everything, Jolene makes a fool out of her by pretending to be weak at first and then all of a sudden, gets back on track and beats her up.

"I wish I had stabbed her in her chest, she wouldn't have survived that. I f*****g hate her so much!" She spat and scattered her hair roughly.

She was so maddened and felt like she was sitting on a bowl of needles.

"Arrrgh! I feel like I am going crazy all because of that b***h! She shouldn't have been found, she should have just remained in the werewolf world. If that had happened, I would have become the Lycan king. I wish I was the only one born, my parents won't have had any other choices. I can't believe my father locked me up in a cell," she smiled painfully and ruffled her hair.

Everyone would see her as the bad and ill-mannered one while Jolene is the good child who is fit to be their Alpha.

"If I don't kill you Jolene, then I am not Paulene. You must not leave, I hope they don't detect that knife was poisoned, I hope you die a miserable death!" She cussed and laughed evilly.
