“I’m sorry it took me so long to realize what I needed and wanted,” Raul whispered.
“I will forgive you one condition,” I teased.
“oh yeah? What’s that?” he grinned at me.
“You cuddle in bed with me at least until I fall asleep,” I said.
“I’m trying to be good, and it’s difficult as I want to devour that body of yours, but I need it too,” he whispered.
“We will just cuddle,” I said.
“Do you consider tonight a date?” he asked me as we stopped along the creek near my Grandpa’s house.
“I think we can count it as one,” I said.
“Good, now we at least have one good date,” he said as he looked out into the water.
