Chapter 2: The Challenges of a mate

Jona leapt up onto the stage and wrapped his arms around Rens waist , sticking his face in her neck inhaling deeply. He had never smelled anything so good. He had no clue what to do his mind was racing with excitement and questions. “who was she, was she scared of me? Does she feel the same?” Jona picked her up and threw her over his shoulder and carried her off the stage glaring at any male in his way.
Ren was in shock. “what, when why, who, what the actual f**k?” Is all she could think.Finally she began to act stuggling to get down. “Put me down you big oaf! Who do you think you are!” Ren exclaimed angrily as she fought.
Jona growled lowly at her not answering as he walked to his car. He was eager to get her away from prying eyes.
Once in the car he buckled her in and locked the doors and said “struggling is futile. You will respect your mate and alpha.”
“respect my asshole!” Ren said as she slapped the hell out of him. “Respect that!” she said as the pulled on the lock trying to open it.
Jona was in shock that she smacked him before grabbing her and holding her down. “don’t make me tie you to the seat.”
Ren glowered at him. “you wouldn’t dare.” She growled.
Jona took off his necktie and tied her hands to the headrest,behind her head, immobilizing her.
Ren was pissed. “YOU COCKSUCKING MOTHER FUCKER LET ME GO!”
“if you don’t shut up im gonna make you shut up!” jona growled
“oh yeah try me mother fucker!” ren shouted.
Jona kissed her passionately on the lips bruising them with the amount of force he used.
Ren went quiet as he withdrew from the kiss her face was an ashen color. Her heart was beating a mile a minute and her body began to become flush.
Jona nodded at her silence as he buckled in beside her , starting the car and driving off.
Behind them the entire assembly stared in horror wondering she to would become his next victum, while her mother cried in her fathers arms helpless to do anything.
As soon as they got to his home Ren's jaw dropped in shock. In front of them was a massive 8 story building.
“That’s your HOUSE?!?” Ren exclaimed.
“Yes, well not exactly it’s the packhouse.” Jona replied.
“does that mean you have your own house? Do you own all of this? Who is that?” Ren questioned
“yes, yes, and for some odd reason my mother..” He said.
“your mother!” Ren yelled
“yes why?” jona said
Ren looked at him like are you shitting me? “I am tied to your f*****g car. Won't that leave a good impression?” Ren said questioning sarcastically.
“s**t!” Jona quickly untied Rens hands as they pulled up. “now try to behave yourself”
“f**k you.” Ren retorted
“maby after we talk with my mother.” He replied completely unfazed.
“you dirty asshole!” Ren exclaimed embarrassed
Jona chuckled as he was getting used to rens foul language, he found it rather amusing.
When the car had stopped Ren remained seated as jona came around and opened the door for her, jonas’ mother speed walking over after having shifted forms.
“who is she?! Is she your mate?” Adette asked excitedly
“yes.” Jona replied
“Hello mrs..?” Ren said realizing she didn’t even know her mates name.
Adette chuckled. “let me guess he was in such a hurry he didn’t tell you his name?”
Ren nodded laughing along.
“my name is Adette nocturne, and this mate of yours is Jona” Adette stated proudly.
“Jona? As in Jona nocturne?” Ren asked having heard of him by reputation not that she believed that nonsense. But she did wonder how much of that was true, being he did tie her to the car..
“Yes, that’s me.” Jona replied waiting for her to run or show fear.
“well, it's lovely to put a face to a name.” Ren said with a smile.
Jona looked taken aback as he was fully expected ren to run.
Adette would look at the both of them realizing how awkward the situation was and would take rens hands. “come on dear let me show you around the packhouse.”
Jona watched as his mother carted his mate off to show him the house. As they disappeared out of sight he got out his phone and called Baily “get my house ready for my mate.”
The muffled sound of bailys' voice replied “will do sir.”
Jona walked inside going up to his room and using the intercom for the omegas and calling up the head omega to talk to them about moving into the new house for him and ren.
A small elf-like girl walked in she was blonde with green eyes she couldn’t be older than 16.
“yes alpha?” Leona Asked respectfully.
“I will be moving into my home in the glen with my new mate, Please make the preparations.” He said
“yes alpha.” Leona replied
Leona ran off to start preparing to move her new luna and alpha to move into the glen house.
Jona changed into a fitted T and loose flannel printed PJ pants. After Jona changed he walked downstairs looking for Ren and his mother. Only to hear laughter erupting from the pack kitchen. Jona poked his head in, seeing his mate and his mother drinking hot cocoa and talking about his younger years as a pup. Jona groaned as his mother brought out his baby book showing Ren all his baby pictures.
"well now that I have been thoroughly humiliated, Ren go upstairs and change for bed." Jona said feeling a bit annoyed and embarrassed.
Ren looked at Adette and smiled softly before saying "please excuse me mrs. nocturne, while i talk to jona."
Ren grabbed Jona by the ear dragging him out of the kitchen. letting him go when they arrived in the hallway.
"who the hell do you think you are. you force me to come here then demand i go upstairs and change. The only way i will be changing is if you bring me home so i can get my own damn clothes." Ren growled out her words filled with venom.
Jona's eyes filled with anger but before he could do anything his mother walked in to see if everything was ok.
"is everything- JONA NOCTURNE! Are you sass mouthing your mate?!" Adette growled.
"No mother!" Jona said quickly not wanting to feel his mother's wrath.
