Ting Killian put two ice cubes into his drink glass, then shook the glass slightly, until the cold flavor of the ice cubes blended with the drink. Slowly, Killian drank the drink and fell back into silence. His hawk-like eyes seemed to pierce through the cold that was beginning to envelop him.
