When I saw Amber’s eyes beginning to glow, I lost it. Aliana’s dad had her by the arm and was trying to drag her away. I wasn’t letting him hurt my mate. Not again. I had sat back and played this game with Aliana and her family, but I was done. Gideon was pushing to take over and I gladly let him.
