WITH OUR VISITORS safely in the air, we jumped back into our regular routines. A few days after Tom and Noah left, I looked at my appointment calendar for the next day and saw a familiar name. Angelina arrived promptly for her appointment, and I took her medical history and made sure that her physical examination was very thorough. I was rather surprised by her lack of modesty, as she didn’t seem unduly distressed at being examined by a man whom she had met socially.
