Her long, dark brown hair cascaded over her shoulders in soft waves, her high cheekbones and full lips accentuated with just the right touch of makeup. She carried herself with an effortless elegance that made it clear.....this wasn’t just anyone.

“I asked if your boss is around,” she repeated, tilting her head slightly.
“Um, um… sorry, ma’am,” I stuttered, feeling oddly flustered. “Yes, he is.”
