Chapter 50: Juanma Now Knows I'm Paolo's Wife
Juanma keeps holding Bella's hand, a strange feeling takes over him when he's near Bella, but so far he doesn't know how to explain it; he only knows that he must protect her at all costs.
"You'll be fine, Bella, I promise you," he says, gently touching her head. He sees some alcohol and cotton, places it over her nose, and makes Bella inhale the smell.
Little by little, Bella begins to regain color and consciousness. She opens her eyes and realizes that she is lying on a stretcher; the screams of the boys could be heard through the walls of the small infirmary. Juanma was with her, holding her hand.
"Thank goodness, Bella, you really scared me," Juanma says.
