Chapter 14 It was eight o’clock in the morning, but the sky was rather dark. It seemed as if it was about to rain. Zeke thought the weather fitted his mood perfectly. He and Sterling were standing among members of the Wong family around the area where John had just been buried. The mood was somber. Zeke could hear some people crying softly, but he was surprisingly calm. He observed as, one after another, members of the Wong family placed their flowers on top of the soil before they left the family plot.
