CHAPTER SEVEN

KIO:

It took us a while before we can arrive at the underground fight arena, because of this kind foster sister of mine... when we arrived, I immediately went straight to the ring... because it was already my fight...

"Here he is, the one we have been waiting for... CLAIR TYRES! And his opponent... based on the Draw lots made by the higher ups... Clair's opponent is... Akero Dravisco"

I was amazed at the body of my opponent, his body is well built, it's not that his body is too mascular, it's just a little mauscular than my body, but I know by looking at him, he is strong... and this time I know, I might not survive on this match, knowing that Akero might be stronger than me.

"LET THE FIGHT… BEGIN!!"

This is it, there's no going back... it's either rin for my life of died while fighting for my life, I rushed first to attack... but he dodged my blow... so he punched me in the stomach hard... and I loose balance. and crumpled on my knees.

*Back Fist.

*Elbow Strikes

*Hammer Fist.

*Haymaker Punch.

*Hook Punch.

*Jab Punch

He used blow to attack me...

*Knife Hand Strike

*Palm Strike

After that I vomited blood... he lean down to pick me up, and he stood me up by holding my throat...

"What? can you still make it? Can you still fight back, huh, Clair. You should give up, while you have a time to save your life" he whispered "I'm giving you a chance to live... I can sense that you will not survive in this fight and I'm not that heartless to kill you without giving you a chance to surrender and back down." Akero added with his cold voice.

I can sense that he is sincere on giving me chance to live.

"I will not give up, even if you kill me"

"It's up to you, it's your decision..."

Then he let go of my throat and he punched me again... I don't know how will I end in his hand, I can't take another punch anymore, I'm getting weak... I can't make it alive... I will end being dead if I will take another punch... but I cant surrender, I hate to accept defeat, and for me it's better to die than to accept lose.

RAVEN:

I'm still watching Kio's fight. I'm just wearing a mask, because that's what Kio instructed me, so I wouldn't be recognized, it's dangerous, even when I fought at the gang arena earlier, I should wear a mask but I remove the masked when I fought Flair...

"this fight is not going to be good, Kio is already at lose."

I saw this time that Kio's opponent walk towards him and lean to pick him up while gripping his throat and stood him up...

"What is he thinking is he going to let that guy kill him?" I said to myself.

"This isn't good, I have to think of a way…"

I watch intently on the fight and suddenly...

"CLAIR!" I shouted towards Kio...

I ran into the ring, I did the turning side kick towards Kio's opponent before he could punch Kio, and hit Akero's jaw.

"What the..." Akero groan and looked at me coldly...

"K-Kai… wh-what are… you doing?" Kio said.

"Are you planning to get killed, Kio?! Why are you not fighting back?"

"Kai… Stop… t-this isn't… your… f-fight"

"Get up there and go to the corner you fool."

JAXON:

W-who is she? Ugh… this girl… My jaw hurts… I'm Jaxon Daniel Lockwood… 21… Akero Dravisco is the name I used here at the underground fight and at the gangster world

"I'll fight you on behalf of Clair"

This girl, is she insane... Did she really think that she can win over me? What a fool... I chuckled mockingly and point at her...

"You? you're going to Fight me on behalf of him? oh come on, Just step aside, kiddo, this isn't a child play"

Then I stood up and walked towards her...

"You can't beat me"

"Try me"

And I just laughed at what she said but when I look at her eyes, All I can see that she is determined to fight me...

"I can defeat you in just a single blow... if I were you, I'd go and take my boyfriend home and treat his wounds"

"He's not... my boyfriend... he's my brother and I'm going to fight you on behalf of him"

"Oh well, since you're so persistent to fight me, then I think, you shouldn't regret this."

And then she just smirked at me and its not a mocking smirk, it is a challenging smirk from her, I assumed that was her reply to what I said...

RAVEN:

I can do it and I'll make sure that he will regret mocking me.. I rushed first... and he was caught off guard by my sudden blow, and he got hit on the face, then he stumbled back a few step, but didn't fall.

"Is that all that you got?" he said mocking me again.

S**t, did he meant to mocked me again and again just because I'm a girl? I rushed again, this time, he dodge my attack... Until I did the headlock on him, he couldn't move because of the lock defense I did...

"Who really are you?" he asked though I heard Clair calling her Kai.

"If you really want to know me, then you better find a way to know the girl who will defeat you and find me"

I was going to punch him on the face to put him to sleep... but he break free from my lock defense, and grabbed the mask I was wearing... I immediately hide my face and quickly went to Kio, helping him to stood up and run away...

JAXON:

"CHASE THEM AND BRING THEM BACK HERE, DON'T HURT THE WOMAN"

The girl with Clair immediately left as soon as she take Clair with her. As I was drawn to the mask I grabbed from that girl earlier, I looked at it carefully... until I noticed the embroidery on its side...

"R.K.V. An initials, huh… I'll search for you, wherever you are, Kai" I said and smirked as I say her name.

I admit I saw her face, and I felt unusual feeling when I saw her face, there is this weird thing I never felt before... I admit she is beautiful, but... I think I already saw her somewhere else, she looks so familiar...

"I'll swear to find you, Kai"

A few hours later, my men returned without Kai and Kio…

"Where are they, Why they are not with you?"

"Sorry boss, we didn't catch up with them, but they left something behind"

My men handed me something...

"Wallet?"

Out of curiosity I checked the wallet carefully than tobe in range because of this bunch of incompetent men of mine… and there, her name, and address as I find an ID in her wallet.

"Look for them at that address... tomorrow immediately"

"Yes boss"

I went down the ring, and went home...
