I watched my mate as he slept. He looked so peaceful that's why I left him while I got ready. What I was about to do wasn't going to put him in a good mood, so letting him enjoy the time we spent together last night was ideal for what I had planned today. I was going to ask Chris to complete our bond but I didn't have to. The look he gave me last night told me it's what he wanted to do. And he did. As we completed our bond our mind link opened up to one another which is exactly what I needed.
