Baring My Soul

"Nichole...Nichole...Nichole"

I heard someone shouting my name.

"Get out of that time machine, baby, it"s going to explode".

It was my girlfriend, Ella. We have been together from past five years. I could feel the machine shaking and Ella shouting. I jumped out of it and fell on the ground. Phew...I had a rough time back there. Really, I mean I never thought that I could ever be a King in my past life and that girl named Aerza...damn she was so pretty.

"Are you gonna stay on the ground your entire life", Ella yelled at me. She was almost in tears. She was afraid that I would never be able to come back but I was stubborn to back out. She loved me and I knew that. I could see that in her eyes.

"Nichole, enough of romance with the ground already. Get up now and that"s an order".

And in a millisecond all my thoughts faded away and I got up to face her.

I stared at her for a long, long time and then embraced her lovingly. Ella was nothing like Aerza. She cared for me and could never in her wildest of dreams think of hurting me. Ella was everything I could ever have. I never felt so much love before.

I was hungry and I guess she sensed that. She got me a tuna sandwich and some juice to drink. She asked me what I saw and all I said was:

She faded like the stardust,

Her hands bloodlust,

She saw the world through her kaleidoscopic eyes,

Understanding every true little lies,

She hid behind her cushiony hide,

Unrevealing her true side,

She had hunger in her eyes,

And lust in her heart,

Her lips lingered over his creamy eyes,

And tasted his essence,

For she was nothing,

But lust and stardust…

-SHE WAS JUST AN ABSTRACT OF HIS MIND AND HIS SOUL. FOR HE SAW THE WORLD THROUGH INFINITY…

Maybe it"s good to know your past at times as it makes you value your present. For all my days to come I"ll remember what I was and what I am. All the days to come will be beautiful for the Sun sets to rise again...
