Lucien's phone pressed against his ear. "I've sent you the details via text. I need a lead before the week runs out."
His eyes shifted to Elena curled up beside him, sleeping soundly. A smile appeared on his lips and his fingers moved of their own accord, gently lifting the strands of hair covering her face.
