Chapter 16The Labour Camp As soon as the guard opens the door, they pull up Mitra and Judy by force from their deep sleep and instruct them to be ready. Judy asks, “What for?” Guards say, “Work!” Judy argues weakly, “I won’t go! I won’t.” They shout with contempt, pull her hair, says, “You will go. Now, get ready, rebel filth!” Now they point the guns at them. Judy gets up and helps Mitra stand on the floor. They come out from their cell and walk past the corridor slowly. Judy limps while walking, and Mitra struggles with his back pain. Both of them are having difficulty moving.
