It rained heavily that night. Riley felt like the sky was also weeping, just like her, supporting her in her misery. Riley was just lying on her bed, listening to the sound of the rain and thinking about how her happiness had suddenly turned into such suffering.
Right then, her doorbell rang suddenly.
Riley thought it must be Eash or Ezra; no one else would visit her at this hour. So she didn't even bother to stand up from her bed at first. Let them just bang on the door and leave.
However, the person outside didn't bang on the door, but kept ringing the doorbell lightly. Since the ringing was not stopping, Riley decided to walk to the living room and peek from a window. Maybe it's not them, someone else.
