"What?" Riley asked, bewildered. What did he mean by 'compete with him for me'?
"Why do you look like you saw a ghost? Can't you understand something as simple as that? He knows very well you're the closest to me. What if he tries to get closer to you to compete with me?" Eash asked half annoyed and half teasing.
Riley couldn't hold back her laugh. "You're afraid he'll get closer to me?"
"I saw how he acted around you when you two were in the same group last time," Eash sneered.
