Riley's heart was pounding in her chest. Enya was screaming at her because she said she hated Ezra. "You are not allowed to hate our mate!" Enya also said.
But... How could she not? Why isn't she allowed to do that after everything they did?
"If you don't want me hating you, just let me go!" Riley said, turning her head to the side, avoiding his kisses.
"Never!" Ezra's reply was immediate and had no hesitation.
He clutched her chin and turned her face towards him. His red eyes filled with desire, making Riley forget to breathe.
