Third-Person Point of View
Riley stared at the message, wondering what was happening in her life. The text was simple, but it made her heart race:
"Hey, Riley. It's me, Eash. I saw you got the highest marks on the digital marketing assignment. Can we study DM together? I have some questions to clarify."
In the last assignment, a written exam, Riley scored a perfect 100, while Eash scored 98. Riley couldn't understand what he needed to clarify. Wasn't 98 more than enough?
Since high school, Eash had consistently ranked first in their entire school. There wasn't a subject he wasn't brilliant at. Yet Riley had never seen him study with anyone, not even his closest friends. Occasionally, she'd spotted him in the library or computer labs with others, but only for group projects.
So why now
