"Target acquired," one of them spoke into a comm device. "Taking the shot."

Luna threw her hands forward, silver light forming a wall between the attackers and us. The tranquilizer darts bounced off harmlessly.
"She's shielding," the attacker reported. "Switching to alternative measures."
He pulled out a device I recognized from Covenant files. A magical disruptor designed to interfere with supernatural abilities.
"Luna, that device will hurt your power. You need to—"
