{Lana's Point Of Veiw}
Normani walks into my office and I have a feeling I know what this is about.
"The school year is starting in a few weeks, and we still need the funds to buy new textbooks," she says.
"I know and understand that, but please relax, Ms.Kordei, I will handle everything", I smile assuringly.
"Thank you so much madam mayor, it means a lot to me, and the kids too! I'm sorry for interrupting you and Y/n," She smiles.
"No worries", I smile.
Soon Normani leaves and I open the bottom drawer in my desk, taking out my special keys.
"Well, well, well, don't we look mighty fine this morning," his voice rings through my office.
"What do you want Jessie," I ask in an irritated tone.
"I just want us to be on one accord", he chirps.
Jessie sits down in my chair and kicks his feet up onto my desk. I fold my hands and look at him suspiciously.
"How much do you know," I question.
"I know enough. For example, I know that your time for this shitty curse is nearly up. I also know that we had a deal", he says his voice rising at the end.
I laugh harshly.
"And you thought, I would pass up on the opportunity to be one step ahead of you for once," I ask confused.
"You took my memory", He yells and slams his fist on my desk.
"Well, Mr.Marks, or should I say, Twiddler, You're not the only one," I say.
"You have crossed the wrong one Lana, and you will pay," he smirks.
"Something is brewing," he sings making me glare at him.
"What do you know", I almost yell.
"What do you know," he asks calmly.
"Everything that you don't", I smirk.
"That's right, everything that you don't," he says in a monotone.
"Stop playing these foolish games with me toe Twiddler", I yell.
"Awe, did I offend your majesty," he giggles.
"Whatever you have planned, will never work. I am THE DARK MAJESTY, and what I want goes," I growl.
"Careful Lana, we wouldn't want the Savior to hear that now would we", he smirks deviously.
"Don't forget what I am capable of Lana, that wouldn't be smart", he says before walking out.
"Damnit," I groan.
Five years ago I cast a curse and took everyone out of the forest and brought them here to good old Fairyroe. In this world, there is no magic, yet. I cast this curse to destroy Alejandro and Sinhue's happiness. Alejandro was once my lover, but Sinhue stole him from me, so I dedicated my life to destroying them and their happiness. I have a good life here, I'm in control of everything, I even have a girlfriend, Autumn. But the Savior could ruin all of that. I refuse to let that happen!
{Your Point Of Veiw}
I pull up outside the "Marksman" shop and walk over to the door. The lights are off inside and the door is locked.
I knock on the door and get no reply. I take out a hairpin from my pocket and pick the lock. In seconds I'm in the place. I pull out my flashlight and look around trying to find anything suspicious. I find a safe at the very back of the store and I run my fingertips over it.
"Excuse me sheriff but I'm pretty sure I locked the door when I left", he says.
"You did, but I have been instructed to search the premises," I say.
"Do you have proof of that", he asks.
"Not exactly", I sigh.
"Well, I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to leave," he says.
"Why, what do you have to hide", I ask.
"Everyone has their dirty secrets Y/n." Even the Mayor, he says.
"What's that supposed to mean", I ask.
"Another story, for another day. For now, I have some business to attend to", he says.
"Right, I'm sorry about the intrusion Mr.Marks. You have a nice day," I smile.
He smiles back and I get in my car and keep my eye on the shop.
Jessie walks to the back of the store and pulls out a laptop and begins typing.
I take a picture of this for evidence later on.
