Rafael:  The world tilted sideways. Every carefully built wall I'd constructed around my life crumbled in an instant, leaving me standing in the wreckage of everything I thought I knew. My pulse hammered so hard I could hear it in my ears, drowning out rational thought. "Hey, welcome," I forced out, my voice raw and barely recognizable. Each word felt like swallowing glass. My eyes locked onto her face, memorizing every detail while my mind screamed the impossible truth. My suspicions earlier was right. The woman I'd been fantasizing about for days, the one whose touch had burned itself into my memory, was standing in my office wearing the one title that made her completely untouchable.
