Since Louisa moved out of the house and off to start her new work at Laundy's, Julianna started to realise just how lonely her life was. Everyday she left for work and came back to meet all the items she might have strewn around on her way out, still in the same position. She threw open the windows and looked outside. The same scenery from her late college years when she and Louisa moved here greeted her. Little potted plants lining up the fences of neighbouring houses, the interlocking pavements that echoed the sound of running shoes or strutting heels, the flower shop with the ever smiling lady.
