The DEA and FBI acted swiftly after their Directors and Assistant Directors received the email and video from Jed Culver, although not as quick as the CIA, who, after Tugs call to Howsfield, Special Agent Fox contacted the UK’s, M14, who activated their sleeper agent in Cambodia.
Several hours after Jed’s email and video footage arrived; the DEA Director put Special Agent Carlson in charge of the investigation.
