Even I had to admit that Doctor Rowan was a handsome man with ocean blue eyes, pale skin, and long dark hair that he usually wore up in a bun. I was frightened. For some reason, I thought that he was attracting Narah.
What made me fear that? With a gentle breath, Curtis remarked, "Van, I don't like the doctor."
As I watched the Doctor leave the estate, I shot back, "We have got more pressing matters at hand at the moment." The words raced through my thoughts.
