NARAH'S POV
The night crawled in quickly and quietly. Hanadin threw his denim jacket over my shoulders to protect me from the cold as we continued our little gossip with Sharon.
She talked about how she was secretly trying to earn a living as a bartender in order to clear her student loans. Liam was able to find out, and he offered to help her.
A message came in through the Pack's mindlink, warning about the rogues and also calling for some warriors.
I listened. Hanadin confided in me, telling me they were going on a hunt tonight, and Alpha Van would be going too.
The reason they had chased us from downstairs was because they needed to call in the warriors to discuss their strategy, and outsiders weren't allowed in on the conversation.
