The Center for Seismology study detected unusual activities in the North Western part of the country. They issued warnings of an impending earth quake in the region. The Archaeological Department of the State was worried about the warnings. An earthquake would be dangerous to the aged buildings that were in abundance in the state. Though, most of them had very strong foundation, some that stood atop hills were prone to cave in if there were tremors.
