One day while they had gone on a tour to Jodhpur, Ranajit caught Bharat with another boy in a compromising position. Ranajit was shocked and threatened to tell Banu Pratap about it but Bharat begged him to not to reveal it.
Days passed and one day while they were playing Polo, Bharat cheated Ranajit and won the game. Banu Pratap was very thrilled with the achievement of his eldest son but it was short lived because Ranajit explained how Bharat cheated in the game and in a fit of fury he also revealed Bharat's dreaded secret.
