The train chugged through the fog and country side with the landscape changing from lush green to arid hills and barren lands. Chaaya waited impatiently for her destination. She slept badly in the train due to the constant lurching and wanted to flop on a soft bed and sleep. She was supposed to get down at a station called Kuchaman city. A vehicle would be sent by the palace to pick her up, because Neelbharatgarh was a two-hour ride by road from Kuchaman city. But thick fog had delayed the train and now it was wending its way slowly.
