After Beta Malone left me, I had been moving around thinking of what I could do and how best to handle the situation that surrounded me. There was not much that could be done to make Rose feel better, and I had no idea why I wanted to make her feel better. I should hate her, and not think about her one bit, but that was just impossible to achieve.
I placed both hands behind my back as I moved through the pack house. This time, I didn’t bother moving in secret because it had proven to be fairly useless so far. Though, I honestly had no idea where I was going. It was not in the direction of my house, and that made me slightly anxious.
