Returning to the palace with Rose brought a feeling of joy.
She would be nearby for guidance. Jackie still posed a threat, and I couldn't risk her safety or that of my unborn babies.
Upon reaching the palace, I instructed Alison to look after Rose while I dealt with immediate matters.
I was about to call Zion, when I noticed him in the hall, staring out the open window. "What might be troubling him? Why does he appear so lost?" I wondered.
As I was walking towards Zion, I observed his distant gaze through the window. I pondered, "What could be on his mind? Why does he look so preoccupied?"
Deciding to give him a bit of privacy, I initially hesitated. However, my concern for his well-being led me to approach him. Maybe he needed someone to share his thoughts with.
