This time, I will survive!

Chapter 3 (The Beginning)

I woke up at exactly 6 o'clock in the morning, I got up and took a shower. After that I dressed in a black shirt, Cargo pants and Army Boots. I then got the last few essential's I will need for the following week's and put it all in my inventory and I took some self defense weapons and hid some of then in my Cargo pants and my jackets hidden pocket.

 I then took my thigh length hair and made it into a tight bun that can't be easily shaken off and placed chopsticks (Needle) in the bun. I took my phone and walked out of my dorm. I headed down from the elevator and headed to the Dorm Manager and gave him my keys. I then finally headed out the campus and waited for my brother to come pick me up by the school gates. 

I then saw Aiden coming out of the gate with his luggage by his hands. "Where are you going?" I asked him as he stood besides me. "I want to follow you. Can we?" He asked me with pleading eyes. "Did you already said that to Audriana?" I said as I looked at his luggage. "Yeah, I already told her we will be going to U.S today. So I was hoping if we could tag along with you and your brother. Considering that you know what's going to happen and we've all been together since childhood." He said as he smiled as his phone's wallpaper. It's a picture of us 4 in a local playground. "Well then, fine. I'll tell Theo about that later. Tell your sister that she needs to pact all of the foods in your house. When is your flight then?" I asked as I looked at the side of the street to see if my brother is near."12:00 o'clock. And I already said it to Audrey. She said she will be waiting" He said as he showed me his flight schedule and his conversation with his sister. "Oh yeah. Try saying ''inventory' aloud" He looked at me skeptically before he did what I told him. "Inventory" and a black space came out. Just as I expected. He was shocked at first, he was contemplating if he would put his hands in. I just laughed at his reaction.

"Put all of your luggage there so you won't be carrying those and yes it is 100% safe and it won't suck your hand." I said as he looked at me as if I'm joking. I just laughed it off. He then followed my instructions and he placed all of his luggage on the space. It then vanished automatically. "Now then, try 'Status'. He didn't say anything and a status bar appeared. There's nothing wrong with that, you can either say it aloud or say it in your mind. I then took a look at his status. I'm really impressed by his status, it's all high. Above average of a human does.

Not long after that, I finally saw my brothers car. It's a Knight XV Fully Armored SUV. Perfect for an apocalypse right? He then stopped in-front of us. "Get in the both of you. We still need to pick up your sister."  My brother said, as usual he's still good at picking up the situation. Me and Aiden looked at each other and laughed. We then finally got on board my brothers car. "Nice seeing you again Nikolai. It's been years bro." Aiden said as he fist-bump with my brother. 

"It really has been a while. By the way, what happened to your wrist? It's all bandage up" Theo asked Aiden as I looked away from Aiden's glare. "Well, it's all thanks to someone who was sleeping at the middle of mathematics" He said. My brother just laughed it off. After that, we finally arrived at Aiden's Apartment. "Audrey? Come on. It's time to go." I saw Audrey came running down the stairs of the 5 floor apartment. She was carrying a lot of bags, I bet it's really heavy.

"Yes brother, I'm coming." She said as she run towards us, she was dressed in the similar way I do but the only difference is that she tied her back length hair in braids. She is Audriana Harts, Aiden's only family left and his little sister. She finally arrived in-front of us. She first hugged her brother before she noticed me and Theo. "Oh, Hello Lai and Sia"  She greeted us with a smile. "let your brother take care of the luggage" I said and looked at Aiden. He then opened his inventory and placed it all in there. My brother was shocked, he looked at me like I have a lot of explaining to do. "Let's go." Theo said as we all boarded the Car. Theo is the driver, while Aiden sat besides him. Me and Audrey sat at the back 

I was scrolling through my phone when I suddenly saw the same video I saw before, the same video which is uploaded by someone named "Unknown" I clicked it to check if it was the same video, and as it turns out it's the same.  Audrey tried to peak on my phone, which thankfully she didn't see. It was already at the part of showing the mutilated body. But how come this video is uploaded today? This was supposed to be uploaded at the 25th of December. "Brother, look. I found a video from the north of Canada" I showed him the video. Aiden even looked at it and almost threw up. 

"Are you saying that this was the thing you saw in your dream?!"Aiden asked me while showing me a disgusted face. "Wait, she dreamt about this?" My brother asked Aiden. "Yeah, that's why she was sleeping yesterday." He answered him as he drinks water. "Is that true Lil'sis?" He asked me. I nodded my head as answer. "But, there's only one problem brother " He looked at me at the mirror. "That video was supposed to be uploaded by the 25th of December. Not today "I said as I began to open the secret compartment below the car.

 Aiden was confused to what I'm doing. "The meteorites will begin falling a little while later, everyone will be under the influence of it. The time will stop and the virus will affect the people who's immune system is weak" I said as I finished opening the compartment. "We all need to prepare. Prepare your weapons. Audrey, you need to hide at the safe compartment of this car ok? Brother did you?"  He smiled and pointed at the weapon holder.

"Yes, I drove off our house earlier and took your guns" He said ."thanks brother." I said as I took my Glock 19 and gave it to Aiden. At first he was scared to touch the gun but when he finally holded it, he relaxed.

"Brother, speed up. We need to arrive at the airport fast" I said as I looked at the time. If we are stopped while we are in the car it will be ok because the virus haven't travelled here that fast, so we still have time to go to U.S After a Minute we finally arrived at the airport, but before we got out the green light's of the meteorites illuminated the sky. I immediately hid Audrey to the compartment and took out my machine pistol 9.

Theo locked the doors as we were all engoulfed by the green light. It happened again, I was slowly becoming sleepy. I took a final glance of my brother, Aiden, Audrey and the outside. And again, I was blacked out.
