“That concludes your mother’s testimony Craig,” Chief Rendoza quipped after he had related Priscilla’s testimony about what she had overheard between the heated argument of Dr. Bautista and his cousin who was the alleged killer of his father. Craig was shaken by what he just heard. He felt his blood pulsing hot, singing in his veins. Somehow, there was a ring of truth on her mother’s testimony.
