As I leaned against the wall and watched Kyra get dressed, I realized just how much I wanted to see Kyra big and round with my pup. It’s almost all I could think about lately. She was going to make an amazing mother, and I hoped we would have a big family. I always thought I would only want one or two of my own, but now—as many as I can possibly get is the goal. Each one of them would be great, I just know it.
