Chapter 50“This is it,” Cameron said. He stood on top of one of the huge cooling pipes. “It will take us right out to the ocean,” he added candidly. Grace looked shocked. “You're kidding, right?” “No. I'm not.” Cameron tapped, and listened, and tried to gauge the temperature of the pipe. The warmth of the steel and the sound emitting from it made him feel more confident. There was a three-foot diameter circular access hatch on top of it, with a locking wheel, like something you'd expect to find in a submarine.
