Chapter 17Peering down at the power plant from the mountaintop, the Driver nodded his head contently. He was amazed at his good fortune. What cross-current winds had blown up earlier seemed to have dissipated and become steady now, shoreward. And the view from the top was better than expected; a nearly straight-on, unobstructed angle, remarkably clear and well-lit. Too good!
