I watched as Rose slapped Jeremy. The storm in her eyes held a hint of sadness and yet I found myself trembling at the aura radiating off of her. He had crossed the line. Although I couldn’t really blame him, he was ignorant. He didn’t know what happened to the late Alpha. Rose had stormed off into the trails to cool down while Jeremy looked at a loss.
