We were surrounded by a beautiful silence. I was enjoying the warmth of Adrian's embrace and his soothing smell when suddenly he said kissing my neck, "Kitten, thank you so much for agreeing to be my wife. I promise you that I'll always love you no matter what and I'll always make you smile. I'll always stay loyal to you and I'll never betray you. This is my word to you, my love"
I turned around smiling and kissed his cheeks. To my surprise, he lifted me by my waist and made me sit on his lap facing him. He then gave me a lingering kiss on my forehead.
'Baby, thank you for everything. You made me the happiest woman tonight.
