I can hear Eli’s voice not far from where I’m lying. “Right now, he just needs his rest. He is fine, look, I know you’re worried about him, but if I were you, you should just back off for a while” I close my eyes once again not wanting to hear anymore arguments. “Are you awake?” said Eli, who just enter the room after closing the door. I don’t want to answer, but I want to know for sure if Samantha’s still there. “Did she stay here all night?” I asked. Eli nodded and told me how Samantha hadn’t slept in hours looking out for me. “So, she confessed to you?” she asked once again.
