(Angela’s POV) I couldn’t tell how long I sat there, clutching the steering wheel as if it were some rare artifact I couldn’t bear to release. The thought was almost laughable; an SUV was the least of my concerns. I had enough money to buy hundreds of these without so much as breaking the bank. But that wasn’t the point.
