I walk back to our camp a very confused man. I have never been this much in love with someone. Then how fast it happened is a puzzle. But I have no doubt in my mind that Anne is the girl I need in my life.
Today will remain one of the most memorable days of my life as my wishes have been fulfilled.
There is only one problem, I have not told her that she is next in line for abduction in the next raid. I should have told her to abandon that camp. But we were so immersed in passion to remember, the issue only came to mind after we had parted ways.
I need to go back there and alert her. She can't get into trouble when there's something I can do about it. But first I walk into the camp to gather more information.
