Beta Bruce stood infront of the already dead guard.This mission.Today,he's after the hybrid. He's never been to this type of mission before but hopes everything will go right.Is a twelve year old boy after all he thought.No matter what power he has in him, he's still a boy.The doctor already filled him in that there's nothing to be afraid of since the hybrid is yet to find out his full potentials. He's men were armed to eat behind him waiting for orders.Bruce walked up the stairs and yanked off the huge iron door off it's frame throwing it a few feet away from where he was standing.He wondered how his twin brother was doing with his own mission.The simplest mission that can ever be given to a werewolf.Going after a human woman."Snap her neck and get the specimen back to the base." thought Bruce. He wondered what the Luna thought before sending them out on this mission without the approval of their Alpha.

With his fingers,he gave a waving signal for his men to go in.Two of them went in first.Everywhere was dark and cold as they tipped down the hallway.When they got to the other end,one of them spoke to Bruce through the comm.

"All clear."He said and before Bruce can give out his next orders,he heard it.The quick death of the guy that just spoke to him.He was not sure of what happened to him but he knew for sure that only one thing can happen to him at a time like this.He was exterminated.

"You can shift now."He said to the other men behind him.The poor omegas shapeshifted to their wolves.Eyes shimmering blue,they dashed down the hallway.

Bruce stood with fists clenched tight.He was gritting his teeth.A path went left at the end of the hall.Everywhere was dark Pitch black and quiet except from the kri kri sound made by unseen insects outside.3 minutes had passed since he last sent the last of his men but no one reported back.Enough of this nonsense he thought and shifted into his black brown wolf.He sped down the hallway.Once he got to the end of the hall,he swiftly jumped hitting his forelimbs on the wall and sprang to the left path that was pitch black.He immediately froze on his tracks.His men.They had been slaughtered.Each and every one of them.Blood streamed down the hall.Every part of him stood up.His senses of smell had been messed with.He knew the enemy was there but for some unknown reasons,he senses are not acute.Then he saw it.Out of the dark it came.A wolf thrice than he's.It came drooling on the cemented floor. He's eyes was bright yellow.Fear struck Bruce as he whined on the sight of the being infront of him.The doctor was very wrong.They had been mislead.They had been misinformed.Bruce turned around to and raced outside but surprisingly to him,he was not being chased.On getting to the door post ,Bruce saw the last of earth.The beautiful yellow night coming from the head lamp.The white crescent resting on a pillow of clouds.Then the appeared his worst fear.The hybrid.Thereafter,everything went completely black forever.

The Regent

I shot him thrice.I was sure of it.I didn't miss a single shot.I shot.That might be called the cleanest shot I got ever since I got to the academy and uptil now.

"How did he not die?"The Regent wasn't getting any hang of what was happening.A voice within was telling her that they are here.The devils but she pushed the voice back down into the abyss.She started firing at the three of them carelessly but they kept coming.The first guy that seemed to be the leader came by her door looking down at her. She's out of ammo now.She began to fiddle with the folio bag trying to reload her pistol but she was shaking so badly that the bullets spilled on the floor mat.The slim guy yanked the door out of the car.Regent felt hot liquid flow from in between her limbs to the leather seat making her wet all over.

"The vial."The lanky guy said with his hand stretched out.The Regent quickly fumbled with her pocket almost tearing the piece of clothe in an attempt to pull out the vial.She quickly placed it on his bony palm.

"What is your name Regent?"He asked smiling nicely.On looking upto him to answer the question,she saw the answer to solve the puzzle.The wounds made by the bullet.How the bullet went through his light cotton shirt.There are six holes made by her shots as far as she can count.He was still looking at her waiting for her to answer.

"Rose?Just guessing."He said still smiling down.

"How did he get to know her name?"The Regent thought.She nodded her head in approval.She nodded her head twice.Maybe thrice.

"Nice not doing business with you."He said and turned to leave with his men.But she called him back.She didn't know how she did that but she surely did.

"Hey!Hey!"She said.He turned around still beaming.He was throwing the vial up and catching it back.

"And she finally found her voice back."He said smiling.She was enjoying him smiling earlier.It made her feel a little bit comfortable.

"Who are you?"She found herself saying.She called him back but her mind was racing to different directions that she didn't know what to ask.

"You should be grateful you are still here standing alive."He said pausing.His men stood behind him with rifles.She can see it now.Is no longer silhouettes.

"I might need your help with something Rose."He said.Her widened in shock.

But not today."He added.His blue ocean eyes was glowing in the dark.

"You like staring. Don't you?"He said to her smiling.She rolled her eyes looking down to her dusty She felt a flush of air and when she looked up,she was standing alone.The vehicle passed infront of her was still there.

"They disappeared!She felt the hot liquid again dampen her her trousers.Minutes passed and nothing happened.Just her and the truck infront of her with her own car behind her.She moved her feet towards the truck.It was more like her legs were moving on their own accord.The ignition was on.She pulled out her cellphone from the back of her pants and with it's torchlight,she started searching through the car.She might find something.She rummaged the whole car.There are documents.A driver's license,a passport photograph and other pieces of documents she might need later.

Driving down to the cell,she found something again.An unfamiliar truck.It was packed right outside the cell main entrance.The door was flung outside not too far away from the truck.The Regent was thrown into a state of confusion.

"What's with people and breaking into people's property with yanking the door off?"

"Are they in enemnity with doors?"She thought.Lately,she been in contact with doors being pulled out of their holds.First was the picket gate,then her car door and then this.She was cautious as ever.Something happened here and that is either the hybrid is on loose or that the same men that came for her came down for the hybrid as well.
