Chapter 67 ✔ *Ember* Sleep came easy, but did not stay. I had terrible dreams all night, of being locked up behind silver bars. It was unlike any other nightmare I’ve had before. This one was new, very unlike the ones where I relive my past. I could hear very muffled voices. I was unable to make out anything they were saying. When I woke, I felt more drained than when I had gone to sleep. The dream left me feeling a residual feeling of dread, that I was unable to shake off. I was up before Charlie, so I went to find some berries we could eat. By the time I got back he was awake, “Good morning.
