After I was able to walk, we left Selene, but with promises that we would return tomorrow. While I did gain a lot of information today, I did not gain enough to unlock all my memories. I can only remember from the first summer and then going home. So I am still missing almost a year of what really happened. While I am comforted by my new knowledge, I am also saddened to know that my mother was taken from her one true mate. I know she left it and made it for my father but I can't help but wonder how different things would have been if we had been able to come here and just visit him.
