I yawned with ruffled hair and oversized pajamas as I walked out of my room and walked straight to the kitchen to get a glass of water.
My mom was seated in the sitting room with a glass of wine in her hand as she looked angry.
She had been so pissed since last night after learning that Pearl was married to Ivan and was going to be the Luna.
That was something she would never take.
“Good morning Mom” I greeted, pouring water into a glass before walking over to the couch that she sat on and sat down beside her.
“I just greeted you..” I pointed out, sipping some water.
“And what's so good about the morning?” She rolled her eyes as drank from her wine.
“Don't tell me you're still pissed about last night?” I asked as she snapped a glance at me.
