Harry P.O.V 

Everything was been thrown at me from seeing my mate use powers even I had no idea she had to hear what the consequences are if the mates of her guardians every get killed unjustly Apollo whimpered and collapse just from imagining it the anger I felt from feeling so incompetent the guilt that she has been carrying for so long yet I as her mate I should be able to help yet I couldn't.

"Is not your fault, Harry she is a special existence even if we are her mate they are things we can't help her in" Apollo felt the same way I did the pain of not been able to help was eating at us.

" Sorry man" Diego managed to speak, snapping me back, " I thought I was the one who did all that s**t"

I laughed " you mean the torture?" I raised my eyebrow making him glare " it seems like you have one heck of a luna" I turned to Jason who looked a lot better " and you a beta female" 

he chuckled weakly " Hell yea!" 

I shook my head " If you two are feeling better I will go back to my lovely angel I don't like her been there alone" 

"Sure we will go in a minute" Diego closed his eyes and breathed in 

I snorted and got just in time to hear a son of a b***h wanted my mate, I let out a loud growl wrapping my arms around her tiny waist possessively yanking her to me, it seems like someone wants to defy me. I was livid to think anyone else had set their eyes on my angel if that was the case then it seems like his days are number. I never relaxed I was more alert than ever no doubt she was able to handle herself but no matter how capable she is my duty is to protect her at all costs these rogues were capable of annihilated clans and covens then the person behind them isn't someone we should take lightly now that I found my mate I understand what true fear means.

" Asu!" Diego yelled she ignored him as she stomped her way to the packhouse where her father and Alpha Efrain were.

"I need this to stop!" her small voice boomed

"Honey what's-

"Enough dad, enough of all these secrets! I am sick and tired of it and I am for sure Harry is too!" 

he looked at both of us as I took my place next to her " I don't know what you mean sweety" 

" Oh really?" she frowned " I honestly thought I could take this that I could wait as godmother had asked but not anymore, not since I know that Kim and Anna lost their family because of me!" 

"Sis" Diego began but Asu lifted her hand to stop him the rest of the guys came in quickly out of breath 

"No Diego, do you understand how grave this is? to have in your conscience the fact that your mate's family was massacred because someone wants to get me for who knows what for!" I held her close I knew once her anger passed she was going to regret yelling at her family like this.

"How would you feel huh? to know that just like Kim and Anna lost their family many more are losing them right at this minute because some psycho is trying to get to me and I have no f*****g clue as to why am I supposed to let him catch me to for me to know?!" 

I snarled" like hell I'll let that s**t happen!" 

Alpha Mathew glared at his daughter I've never seen him this way before I grabbed a hold of her waist protectively " DON'T EVER SAY THAT!" 

 " Alpha Mathew" I forced out my blood was boiling with rage " can you explain to me why and who is this bastard that's after MY MATE?! 

He looked back and forth between me and Asu until Alpha Efrain placed his hand on his shoulder " tell them what you know Mathew" 

"Not here " He shook him off 

I sat Asu on my lap I needed to feel her close or I don't what I would do and I knew she also needed my closure. 

Mathew rubbed his face and sighed " I only able to tell you what I can" 

she nodded expecting him to continue 

" before you were born Asu, you were given two prophecies two of which I honestly don't know, they were written and hidden away by your mother when she died she asked me not to tell you unless you were in grave danger, the only thing she told was to keep her away from him I didn't know what that meant until I spoke to the moon goddess but I am tongue-tied but even she told me so little about it, I did what she wanted and tried to keep you hidden as much as I could for fear that someone that knew about this would come after you but it was in vain I never imagined this to happen" he looked down " I tried to protect you and tried to avoid everything I foolishly thought that maybe if time passed you would forget about it but that wasn't the case, seeing how you stood your ground reminded me that you are not so little anymore when you found your mate and it turned to be Harry my fear began to lessen because I knew that he would protect you far better than I could ever do"

Asu held my hand tightly, as she watched her father.

"You are the spitting image of Penelope" his voice was full of love and sadness " face, expressions, personality-wise and the killer moves" 

Asu looked down for a minute and clutched my hand tight she was hurting.

" Harry," he turned to me " this is why I asked you that time if you were sure you could protect my princess with your life, Diego even if he was young he got to meet his mother and like me, he vowed to protect his sister, so I ask again are you willing to protect her"

" With my life Alpha Mathew " I kissed her hand her eyes snap to me " no matter who wants her they will have to go through us to get to her" 

"That's right!" Jason chimed in fully ready to fight " No one will ever lay their hands on our Luna rest assured"

Alpha Mathew chuckled " it seems like I was the one who was mistaken thinking I needed to keep hiding things" Asu let go of me and walked towards her father hugging him, he hugged her back clutching her close to him " My dear child I wish I could speak and reveal everything but like Sandra, I am also bound and only the moon-goddess can speak about it"

I saw shocked cross Diego and Alpha Efrain.

" Don't look at me like that no one knew about this contract, just like you two were unaware so was Sandra until now," he turned to Diego " Son, even you are"

Asu and Diego both stiffen but neither got angry, he then turned to me "about that man Harry, he will not stop until he gets Asu I don't know when his obsession began with her or why all I know is that Asu is not safe those bastards already found her"

"they are dead " Kim spoke " but I am not sure if they were able to communicate with anyone during the attack" 

"No" Asu spoke still in her father's arms I was feeling needy again " during the attack they didn't but I am not sure of the rest" 

" We need to double the security then" Diego looked at Liam 

" No," I got up my eyes on my angel, " I think its time for me to take Asu back to the castle" 

she let go of her dad and looked at me take by surprise 

" YOU CAN'T!" Diego growled 

"SHE IS MY MATE!" I growled back "IS THE SAFEST PLACE FOR HER!" 

" Harry, Diego " Asu called out placing herself between us with her hand on my chest instantly I felt calmer 

" Brother, Harry is right" Kim and Anna tensed up " But Harry as much as I want to I can't leave my dad and Kim she is my guardian" 

"With danger looming around Asu I will not leave her side " Kim spoke but she looked at Diego " I am sorry love" 

" Harry" Asu looked at me with sad eyes I groan internally I can't let her stay not when she is in danger but I can't separate her from her guardians specifically because danger looms so closely but then Diego... I scratch my head

" As much as I hate it, you need to take Asu, the castle is the safest place for her now, you need to mate and mark each that's the safest route for all of this" he didn't look pleased, and honestly what kind of parent would " in case of an attack she can mind-link you and vice versa"  Alpha Mathew spoke with a hard voice

that stunned me and Asu who quickly turned a light shade of pink, Apollo was more than eager to do so and so was I plus he was right it's for the best communication-wise.. but, I couldn't think of that right now.  

"First"  I coughed " Alpha Mathew I need to ask something"

" yes?" he questioned suspiciously 

" It seems like to take my mate home I need to also take her guardians with me but seeing as one of them is mated to Diego and he been the current alpha it has placed us in quite a difficult position, so I came up with a solution"

"that is?" he pressed not getting my point

" Diego can't be separated from his mate so I propose that he comes with us and like that Asu will have protection " Diego was about to speak " the pack needs an alpha and seeing as how you are still in perfect health would you mind holding the position for just a while until this mess is resolved that is"

 " Wait a minute!" Diego began to protest 

"But then dad will be in danger" Asu didn't like it " we can't leave him unprotected either"

"I really don't want my princess to leave but is the law of life" Alpha Mathew sighed " honey the castles army is comparable to ours we only lost four of our warriors today we are considered the roughest pack out here we also have alliances as well if worst comes to worst we can always call for them don't worry about it, my child" 

she still fretted over it " I don't like it though" 

" do not worry" Alpha Efrain spoke " no one will harm your father nor this pack in our watch I swear on my honor, your highness" 

she glanced at him then at her dad and sighed, I was stunned swearing on his honor is not only the hardest thing to do but is value more than a promise and we all knew that " very well then if Diego agrees I will go if not then we need to come up with a better plan Kim can't teleport unless she knows the exact location and for that, she needs to see it herself"

Asu was standing silently watching all of us her bright jewel eyes clouded Diego's eyes were also clouded they were having a deep conversation. 

he sighed " I will go I wasn't against going I was worry about my father" 

Alpha Mathew laughed " both of you really underestimate me, go and protect you mate and sister, son"

he nodded a hard edge on his eyes holding tight to Kim. 

I smiled widely and pulled her into a hug kissing the top of her head she laughed and the sound was more than enough to calm the room down. 

" Well f**k" Diego groaned " you both play dirty!" 

Kim laughed  hugging him Anna joined laughing alongside her, while Asu shrugged 

" then Harry" Alpha Mathew's voice was serious " I entrust you with my treasures, please" 

"Dad" Asu whispered and he smiled at her 

" Always" Apollo growled affirming it " do not worry Alpha Mathew" 

" please you are my daughter's mate and my son's best friend, call me Uncle Mathew son" his smile hit me it was the same smile he will always show when Aunt Penelope was alive it moved me to my core I used to call them like that but after her death, I stop not wanting to remind him and bring him more pain. 

"T-thank you Uncle Mathew" I smiled he laughed pulling me into a hug.

"Don't think I didn't notice how you stop" he shook with laughter " Is fine now, I miss those days so please keep calling me that, it reminds me of those times"

I chuckle and nodded " Then I will do so Uncle Mathew," he smacked 'lightly' my shoulder if I wasn't an Alpha I would most likely be on the ground with a broken arm "if you will excuse me I need some time with my beautiful mate now" 

everyone laughed and made way for us " Ah, I will be leaving some of my guards here as well for your safeties" 

Asu kissed her dad on the cheek " thanks dad"

she grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the room before I could even ask anything she was tackled by a small little ball.

"UFF" she stumbled back groaning surprising me her senses no matter how I looked at it was better than mine 

"ASU!" I catch her just in time 

"I am sorry!" a small voice yelled 

I looked at what almost caused her fall and saw a small pup on the verge of tears, Asu laughed and picked him up balancing him on her hip " is alright little guy, I was wondering where you were" she pulled his curls out of his eyes cleaning his tear-stained face. 

He glanced my way and quickly looked down " I am sowy mishter ( sorry mister)I didn't want to hurt her pwease don't be mad" 

I chuckle " you sure have strength for such a tiny body, don't sweat it little buddy" I ruffled his hair 

he smiled a big bright smile sniffing loudly making us laugh " can I pway (play) with you?" 

Asu looked at me giving me an apologetic smile before turning to him " how about you join us?" 

he titled his small head to side his black curls moving with him " can I?" 

"Sure you can" I smiled, mesmerized at the image of her carrying this pup imaging her with a full round belly carrying my pup waddling as she walked 

"Can't wait to put a pup in her!" Apollo agreed 

"We need to start working on that" 

I watch as she interacted with the little pup something about him made me feel a pull, odd, I never felt this way before.

she turned to me and tilted her head, I could stay here and watch her forever that little habit of her was so freaking adorable  " I want to tell you about me" 

" go ahead baby," I said quickly making our way to the same waterfall, I was beginning to think she loved this place 

" little buddy do you want to play around here?" she asked the adorable pup he smiled widely and hopped off 

"careful" she cautioned him and laughed 

" Yesh!, Ill gwo and pway while yew tak ( yes, I'll and play while you talk)" he giggled off 

"That little guy is smart" I smile turning my attention to her seeing her expression change and I knew that I was in for another ride. I listen carefully as she told me about her past needless to say I was not only shocked but raging inside that my mate had to go through all that alone I wanted to be able to go back to where she was and rip apart everyone who inflicted any harm on her I had to fight Apollo who wanted to take over and go on a killing spree as well and when I was about to lose control she turned to me and smiled 

" but now I am fine, after meeting brother and dad I felt like I was home for the first time I had to go through all that to be able to come back" she smiled " I will do it all over again"

"what?" I growled " again!" 

she nodded " yes if meant meeting them " she reached for my hand and placed it on her face I will never get tired of the sparks erupting all over where she touched her small beautiful face was warm now a light shade of pink colored her beautiful skin  " and if meant meeting you" 

Her words were enough for my anger to vanished I pulled her into a hug tightly securing her on my lap " I will never leave you my angel even if you get angry at me I will stay with you and protect you no one will dare harm you anymore you have no idea how I long for you, my angel" 

she chuckled " I know, but I do hope you won't treat me like a porcelain doll I am also capable of defending myself" 

" oh, I don't doubt that but" I put my finger under her chin turning her to me " as an alpha I am -" she placed a finger on my lips and shook her head 

" I know I just want to remind you that's all" she smirked" but I wasn't done with my story" 

she pouted and I laughed throwing my head back " you are right my bad, you can continue love" 

"When I left here" she looked around the clearing  "I became a model in Paris-

"OH HELL NO!" I roared " a MODEL?"

my face must've been priceless for her to suddenly laugh " yes, a model and I ow- ..." she squinted, what now? I thought " No, let me rephrase it I am a CEO of my own fashion empire" 

My mouth made a loud popping sound she contained her laugh, Goddess how perfect can she be, I groan " Honey, I was already having a hard time with the whole modeling part thinking of how many men have seen you and most likely lust over what is mine it really isn't settling well with me and now a CEO" 

" Harry," she laughed " I love modeling is not only my job is my passion along with designing I hope you understand this part of me please try to accommodate with it is not like I walk naked," she said sternly 

I growled at the thought of her walking in lingerie or bikinis that leave nothing to the imagination,

"Harry understand " she repeated she wasn't retracting she looked confident " I will not lie I did pose for some bikinis but that is part of my job love, at the end of the day I am your mate aren't I?"  

 I surpassed another growled inhaling deeply in and exhaling it out I needed to understand that this was also part of who she is and is unfair of me to ask her to stop doing something she loves "fine" I sighed annoyed, her face lighten up, and wrapped her small arms around my neck, even if I didn't approve she would've continued to do it anyway might as well have me knowing " but" she stiffen 

" I will be by your side at all times" I smirked and she pulled away studying me 

"fine by me" she shrugged I smiled and hugged her back 

"my little angel is sure full of surprises " she laughed 

" No, I am just smart" 

I had to laugh at that one it was very true and kiss her 

" oh, but dad and brother don't know about the company I keep forgetting," she said sheepishly " to tell them"

I raised my eyebrow " okay then in other words shut my mouth" 

we heard a little giggle and ruffling sounds I saw the little pup having the time of his life running around the whole meadow playing with the snow left from Asu's attack and again I felt the tug on my heart all our attention was now taken by this small little creature.

" We must keep this pup close to us " Apollo was intent on this as he watched the small curly pup running around 

" I know how you feel but how can we tell her, we haven't even mated let alone speak about having pups of our own" I felt frustration take over me I knew exactly how Apollo felt but it seemed wrong to ask her when I can't even make a move on her until I know she is ready I don't want to be that jerk that forces her to have s*x with me even when she doesn't feel ready! Yes, her father approves and even brought it up, but for f**k sake, how am I supposed to handle this!
